Hello, and thank you for entering my web page. If you would like to learn more about me, please read on. My name is Carol DeFelice and I am a Realtor/Broker for the Jersey Shore, Ocean County, and Monmouth County along with a referring agent through the United States. I made the Jersey Shore my home after moving from Pittsburg, Pennsylvania in 1980. Since the move I have fallen more and more in love with New Jersey and all that it has to offer. I am the mother of two outstanding sons who continue to make me proud every single day. I have one other member of my family, my cocker spaniel, Lucy. She loves to keep me company when I am walking the boardwalk. My other interests consist of cooking, baking, traveling, and real estate.
Now for my real estate career. I have been involved in the real estate industry for over 15 years and have been a Realtor since 2003. During this time I have worked with all different types of clients. Waterfront, adult communities, any type of residential, foreclosures, short sales, even commercial; if it has to do with real estate, I am here to help. I have won the NJAR Circle of Excellence Sales Award for the last six years, I have qualified for the Million Dollar Sales Club since 2003, and I gained my Brokers license in 2010. My success has come because I enjoy my job, I trust my instincts, and I am confident in my work. I am happy to work with both buyers and sellers.

The Code establishes time-honored and baseline principles that come from the collective experiences of REALTORS® since the Code of Ethics was first established in 1913. Those principles can be loosely defined as:
Loyalty to clients;
Fiduciary (legal) duty to clients;
Cooperation with competitors;
Truthfulness in statements and advertising; and non-interference in exclusive relationships that other REALTORS® have with their clients.
